It’s been a while, hasn’t it?
Perhaps you were wondering where I was during the Spooktober period for 2024—I was judging this year! However, worry not, while I didn’t write anything for Spooktober this year, I was working on a little something…
I’d like to announce that I’m writing a sci-fi omegaverse yuri visual novel by the name of Void Hyperion for Yuri Jam 2024!
Join the Empire's military in the fight against the Void. Alpha, omega, beta all welcome!
In the far future, humanity has taken to the stars and found monsters known as Voidlings. A captain of the human Empire is assigned a suicide mission to destroy the nest of a Void Queen near the Empire's borders. However, unbeknownst to her, those by her side may have different thoughts.
Writing might be a little inaccurate since the script is already fully written at ~18k words, assuming I don’t add any additional endings, but you get the point?
The team at the moment is filled with familiar faces:

Eric Jeffrey Tan (music) ← we worked together on Lachesis or Atropos and The Final Prize is Soup
MadScientist (ui design) ← we worked together on Heart’s Blight
Funnily enough, while I may have mentioned working on something sci-fi previously, Void Hyperion isn’t actually what I was talking about.
Everyone, remember to thank Awi for bringing Void Hyperion out from the depths of the idea pit (I’ll tell the story another time). And I hope you’ll keep an eye out for this little adventure as we work on developing it this month!
